Refund policy

Because Hunny Labs products are designed for personal and intimate use, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Changed your mind? Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. To be eligible, the product must remain in its original packaging with the manufacturer ribbon fully intact and unbroken.

To request a return, email care@hunnylabs.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the unopened product and intact manufacturer ribbon. Please do not send your product back before your return has been approved.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the eligible product amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If Something Isn’t Right

We stand behind the quality of everything we make.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact care@hunnylabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will take care of you.
