U.S. orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $4.99, and Express shipping is available at checkout for $20. International rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout.

In-stock orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page. If your order includes a pre-order item, everything ships together once it's ready.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Every Hunny Labs product ships sealed and brand new. Because our products are designed for personal and intimate use, opened or used items can't be returned.

Unopened, unused products with the manufacturer ribbon fully intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Orders placed November 1 through December 24, 2026 can be returned through January 31, 2027.
