The Pause Score is an interactive experience created by Hunny Labs as part of The After Hours Report, our initiative exploring the everyday interruptions that affect intimacy and connection.

We believe that what happens before, during, and after intimacy matters. The Pause Score is designed to help you better understand the everyday factors that may be getting between you and connection.

Your privacy matters to us. This document explains how information associated with The Pause Score is collected and used, as well as the terms governing your participation.

By participating in the quiz, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy below and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

PART I: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

When you participate in The Pause Score, we collect certain information necessary to operate the quiz and provide your results.

This may include:

Email address: You must provide a valid email address to unlock your results.

Quiz responses: Your answers to questions about everyday interruptions, digital distractions, privacy, fatigue, physical comfort, relationship habits, and intimacy.

Quiz results: Your calculated Pause Score, primary Pause category, and related results.

Technical information: Depending on the technology used to administer the quiz, information such as your device type, browser, IP address, and interactions with the quiz may also be collected.

Some quiz responses may reveal personal or sensitive information about your relationships or intimate life.

We encourage you to consider the personal nature of this information before participating.

2. How We Use Your Information

Hunny Labs uses information collected through The Pause Score to:

• Calculate and display your Pause Score.
• Identify your primary Pause category.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the quiz experience.
• Protect against misuse, fraud, and security threats.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Send marketing communications if you separately choose to subscribe.

Your results are displayed immediately after you submit the required information.

Your results are not automatically sent to your email address.

3. Email Collection and Marketing Communications

Providing an email address is required to unlock your Pause Score results.

However, providing an email address does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional emails.

During the quiz, you may separately choose to subscribe to Hunny Labs marketing communications.

If you opt in, you may receive emails about:

• Hunny Labs products and launches.
• After Hours content.
• New research and insights.
• Special offers and promotions.
• Brand announcements.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive your results.

If you choose to subscribe, your email address and subscription preferences may be shared with our email marketing service provider.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically delete your quiz responses or other information retained for legitimate purposes.

4. How We Share Information

Hunny Labs may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our website, administer the quiz, and manage communications.

These may include:

Quiz technology providers: Quizell, which provides the technology used to administer The Pause Score.

Website and e-commerce providers: Shopify, which supports the Hunny Labs website and related services.

Email marketing providers: Services used to manage marketing subscriptions and deliver communications to participants who choose to subscribe.

Other service providers: Providers assisting with hosting, security, analytics, and technical operations, where applicable.

These providers may process information in connection with the services they provide.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We do not authorize our service providers to use identifiable quiz responses for their own unrelated marketing purposes.

5. Research and Aggregated Information

The Pause Score is part of Hunny Labs’ broader effort to encourage conversations about intimacy and connection.

We may analyze quiz participation and response patterns to better understand common interruptions and improve the experience.

Where information is properly aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be associated with an individual, we may use it to develop general insights, educational content, or research-related reporting, subject to applicable law.

We will not publicly identify individual quiz participants or attribute their personal responses to them without appropriate authorization.

The Pause Score is separate from the original consumer survey conducted for The After Hours Report.

Participating in the quiz does not make you a respondent in that original survey.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the quiz, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our services.

If you do not agree, please do not participate in the quiz.

The Pause Score is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

By participating, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Participation is voluntary.

No purchase is required to participate in the quiz.

3. Purpose of The Pause Score

The Pause Score is an educational and self-reflection experience designed to help individuals explore factors that may interrupt intimacy and connection.

These factors may include digital distractions, privacy, fatigue, physical comfort, and everyday responsibilities.

The quiz is intended to encourage personal awareness and meaningful conversation.

It is not intended to evaluate or determine the quality, health, or success of any relationship.

4. Understanding Your Results

Your Pause Score is calculated using a proprietary scoring method developed by Hunny Labs.

Results are based on your self-reported answers and are intended for general informational purposes.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Your score does not diagnose a medical, psychological, or relationship condition.
• Your results do not measure sexual compatibility, relationship quality, or overall relationship satisfaction.
• Your results are not a prediction of future relationship outcomes.
• Similar scores may have different meanings for different individuals.
• Results should not be interpreted as definitive conclusions about your relationship.

There is no universally correct or ideal Pause Score.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

The Pause Score and its associated content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The quiz does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, sexual health, or relationship counseling services.

Nothing in the quiz should be interpreted as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional advice.

If you have concerns about your health, well-being, or relationship, consider consulting an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Email Requirement and Results

A valid email address is required to access your Pause Score results.

After completing the quiz and submitting the required information, your results will be displayed on screen.

Results are not automatically delivered by email.

Providing an email address for quiz participation does not, by itself, constitute agreement to receive marketing communications.

Marketing subscriptions are governed by the separate consent choices presented during the quiz and the Privacy Policy above.

7. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in the quiz, you agree to:

The Pause Score, The Pause, The After Hours Report, and associated content, scoring methods, designs, graphics, and branding are owned by Hunny Labs or its licensors, subject to applicable intellectual property law.

Participation does not grant ownership of or commercial rights to these materials.

You may share your personal quiz results for noncommercial purposes, provided that you do not materially misrepresent their meaning or falsely imply endorsement by Hunny Labs.

9. No Guarantees

Hunny Labs does not guarantee that participation in the quiz or use of its general suggestions will improve intimacy, communication, relationship satisfaction, or personal well-being.

Individual circumstances and experiences vary.

10. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the quiz or any of its features at any time.

We may also update these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hunny Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the quiz or reliance on its results.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this provision limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
